1. Purpose of Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion if:
- You no longer want your personal information stored in our systems.
- You have stopped using the services of ScaleWork Exim.
- You created an account by mistake.
- You wish to remove all data associated with your profile.
Account deletion results in permanent removal of your non-essential data from our active systems.

3. Processing Timeline
- Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
- You will receive an email confirming that your account and associated data have been deleted.
- If your account is linked with active orders, deletion may be delayed until obligations are completed.
4. Conditions Before Deletion
To ensure compliance and security, the following conditions must be met:
- All pending orders, deliveries, or payments must be settled.
- All disputes, service issues, or claims must be closed.
- You must verify that you are the legitimate owner of the account.
We cannot delete accounts under investigation for fraud or misuse until the investigation is complete.
5. What Happens After Account Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
Permanently Removed
- Login credentials
- Saved preferences
- Wishlist items
- Non-essential profile information
- Account dashboard data
May Be Retained (as required by law)
To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, we may retain:
- Past order invoices
- Transaction records
- Communication logs
- Tax-related documents
These retained records are stored securely and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Irreversibility of Data Deletion
- Deleted accounts cannot be restored or reactivated.
- If you wish to use our services again, you must create a new account.
- Previously deleted data cannot be recovered.
